One thing to remember with Rodman: he's not up for the HOF yet as he's played games in other leagues since retiring from the NBA. |
True, good call. But I still think he'll be a borderline candidate when he does become eligible. |

I don't think he's in either. Borderline at best. It will be interesting to see if the HOF sticks to its line about 5 years out of all basketball. Rodman played a couple of games for that Finnish team in 05 and Pippen turned around and played a couple of games for the same team this year. That would keep them out until 2010 and 2013??
2009: Jordan, Stockton, Robinson and holdovers from Dantley/DJ/Mullin likely wait again due to those three.
2010: Malone, Rodman, and Pippen if they decide to waive his 2-3 games in Finland + holdovers again.
2011: Miller + holdovers. Can't see Rodman in over any of Dantley/DJ/Mullin.
2012: probably every marginal candidate's best chance. No one big eligible, other than Kukoc if he gets in on Euro/international merit. |

Artis Gilmore may be eligible again by 2011 or '12. _________________ 40% of all statistics are wrong. |
