I don't know when this became available, but I just became aware of it when doing some updates to my site. Harvey Pollack's 2006-07 statistical yearbook is available to download in PDF format here:

It's a little confusing, but the 2006-07 book covers the 2005-06 NBA season. The 2005-06 book (covering the 04-05 season) is available to download here:

Doe someone know where you can find the older editions of this year book? I don't find them on amazon.

You can order them from the Sixers. Call their main number (215 339-7600) and select the extension for the PR department. I left a message and none other than Harvey himself called me back.
