Thanks for the lead. Found the file:

Has shot breakouts you could find at nba.com hotspots or 82 games but he also has splits for 4th quarter and back to backs.
Fastbreak points by player and those splits is rare to find.
It would be useful read to learn more about Blazers.
Has Dean Oliver's approximate value stat and some sort of his own value index but I haven't found the description of it yet.
His brief introduction of the stats as a whole and these values last fall:
