How would one find out what the TS% for the New York Knicks was as a team last year. I am trying to find it on Insider, I can find it for the playoff teams, but not for my guys....

I'm not sure where you can find it. A site like this this offers only eFG% and OffEfficiency at the team level. But you could calculate it quickly yourself:

PTS / (FGA + FTAx0.44) / 2 =

7994 / (6356 + 2396x0.44) / 2 =

53.94ts%

Terrible web design, but I figured it out by manipulating the URL. Adding "?seasonType=2" to the end of the URL converted it to regular season stats instead of playoff stats.

http://insider.espn.go.com/nba/hollinger/teamstats?seasonType=2

If you want to sort by TS%, click on the column header and it will sort but revert back to playoff stats. This time just add "&seasonType=2" to the end of the URL to get:

http://insider.espn.go.com/nba/hollinger/teamstats?sort=tsp&league=nba&seasonType=2

...and get back to regular season stats.
