Saw some graphic on ESPN the other night about Dwight Howard leading the league in dunks (more than 100 already, I believe).

Just curious if any site out there keeps track of these stats (dunks as well as points in paint, charges taken, other stuff like that, etc.)

Your best bet is probably 82games. They keep track of a lot of that stuff but unfortunately they don't have leaderboards you can quickly look at. For every player you can indivudally look at the percentage of their shots that have been dunks - here is Dwight Howard's page which shows that 36% of his shots have been dunks. They also occasionally have articles where they list the leaders for the current season in various stats. Here are a few on points in the paint and charges drawn:
